Services and Pricing
The Studio can be rented for showers, weddings, receptions, luncheons, birthday parties, photo shoots--you name it. We have a main ballroom space but also an upstairs area which provides additional space for smaller needs such as meetings, small group classes, or photo shoots. Effective January 1, 2023, rentals are now subject to the standard 6% tax rate.
Wedding And Reception Venue
Our venue can provide space for weddings and receptions. There are several different ways it can be arranged. We have a beautiful dance floor and a balcony area for photos.
Our wedding weekend price is $1325.
This price includes a 3:00 PM check-in for decorating the Friday before your event, all-day Saturday, and clean-up time until 10 AM the following Sunday morning. The building will be inspected after that time.
Failure to follow clean-up guidelines will result in a forfeiture of the cleaning deposit.
Showers and Smaller Parties
Our Venue is also a great location for the other special events in your life to include showers, dinners, luncheons or other parties.
To book the venue for a Saturday or Sunday event which ends BEFORE 4:00 PM, the rate is $50.00 per hour including decorating time. The MINIMUM booking time is 4 hours or a minimum of a $200.00 rental. The building must be left in the condition in which it was found to retain your cleaning deposit.
Friday and Saturday
Night Events/Day Rentals
The daily rate to rent the venue for a whole day is $850.00. This includes a 10:00 AM check-in to allow for decorating and a check-out time of 11:00 PM.
For an event at night only, the venue can be rented for $100 per hour after 4:00 PM. If decorating needs to be completed prior to 4:00 PM, the hourly rate of $50.00 may be applied prior to 4:00 PM and in the best interest of the client. All cleaning deposits will be refunded if the venue is left in the condition in which it was found.
